Welcome to the PlayMates community! We're here to help you find like-minded people to play, train, and enjoy sports with. To keep this space safe, respectful, and fun for everyone, we ask that you follow these simple community guidelines.

1. Respect Everyone

Treat your sports buddies the way you’d like to be treated. Respect people’s time, space, and preferences—whether it’s on the field, at the court, or in chat.

2. Play Fair

We’re all here to enjoy sports. Cheating, aggressive behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct ruins the game for others. Keep it clean and competitive in a healthy way.

3. Be Safe

• Always meet in public or group spaces for your first session.
• Let someone know where you’re going and who you’re meeting.
• Use in-app messaging until you're comfortable.
• If something feels off, trust your instincts and report it.

4. No Harassment or Discrimination

We have zero tolerance for:

• Bullying or harassment
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, or religion
• Inappropriate comments or behavior

Violators will be removed from the platform.

5. Keep It Real

Use your real name and photos, and don’t misrepresent your age, abilities, or identity. Everyone deserves honest connections.

6. Respect the Game

Don't spam, promote unrelated services, or try to recruit people for non-sports activities. This is a space for connecting through sport—keep it on topic.

7. Report Issues

See something wrong? Help keep the community safe by reporting suspicious profiles or behavior. We review all reports confidentially and take them seriously.
