Welcome to PlayMates! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PlayMates ("the App"), an application designed to help users find sports partners. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

- You are responsible for the content you post and agree not to post any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

8. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

- The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App or the information, content, or services provided through the App.
- We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of the App.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayMates, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and any disputes related to them or the App will be governed by the laws of [Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
